In the meantime, we're having a couple of T630's stable with the suggested driver version and reg changes. I will leave it like this for now... if it aint broke (anymore), don't fix it.
In our case I still think that these issues are triggered with the old Citrix Farm (XenApp 6.5). I've tested the new Citrix enviroment extensively without any problems.
Hopefully it stays like this.
