when i tried to turn on Bitlocker, i got this error: "Compatible tpm not found".
I checked tpm.msc, and no data was available.
So i copied a tpm folder i had which had BiosConfigutility64 application file to the user's C:\Apps folder.
i opened cmd and run : "BiosConfigUtility64.exe /getConfig:biossettings.txt"
and run that application file.
I logged out.
Later wen user logged in with his credentials, he found some files missing in C:\Documents.
Can some one help me with this issue. I dont get how, where, why files were deleted.
Even all the printers his system was connected to were disconnected.
When he clicked on windows icon, nothing "recents" showed up.

sigh,...people who ask for help and only post "Product: Hp Laptop" will most likely not receive help as "HP Laptop" is not a valid product model as such we have no way to answer this question
please provide a HP laptop model number not all laptops come with a working TPM chip
