Welcome to our HP User Forum!
According to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02741919.pdf, your original proprietary HP power supply is a 320 watt unit (HP p/n: 613764-001 ("Power supply unit (PSU) - Four 12VDC output connections, 320-Watts total power - For Convertible Microtower (CMT) series (EPA 90%)" ).
An RX 570 4GB requires a minimum 450 watt power supply as per AMD's recommendation, so yes, if your desktop is powered with a 500 watt power supply, this will work.
The question is, unless you use a "24-pin to 6-pin ATX power adapter" for your HP 6200 MT such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/COMeap-Power-Adapter-Workstation-12-inch/dp/B06XW7RWNH/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3UXNW7..., how are you going to make a 500 watt ATX power supply work?
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
