Need to see the on line  operating manual for my new desktop.

it depends on what generation Elitedesk 800 you have.

 

There are at least 5 generations of that model...G1 - G5.

 

Enter the product number of your PC in the box at the link below and you should be directed to the support page for your specific model.  You can find the user guides section on the support page.
