Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

why when i bought the computer on line it show a 2 year warranty but when i check the warranty status on line it show 1 year????

who did you buy the system from?

 

some HP model closeouts/refurbs will be a 1 year warranty, same for 3rd party resellers
