Your machine has one of processors on the following list

 

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05369814#AbT1

 

All of them are from Gen 6 and Gen 7 processors. In this case Windows 11 requires Intel Gen 8 processor which your machine does NOT have. If you wish to install Windows 11, please use the following Guide
