Product: IPHONE X on IOS 14.1
Operating System: iOS

Hi, for about 6 months now, the HP 12C Platunum Calculator version 2.3.3 keeps crashing constantly when I do time value and money. Also, sometimes it does it when I am on simple math. I am not sure but the app is not functional. I have had the app for over since September 2013 and I have never had this issue before. I had 2 calls with Apple today and they stated there is nothing they can do because I did everything from delete it and re-download it to upgrading to the current IOS 14.1.

 

All in all, I need this app for work and it is an important tool when I work with my clients. Can someone please help and advise if you have the same issue and if there is a fix? Also, perhaps one of the developers can read this and make the team aware to fix.
