Apple announced at WWDC 2017 that 32-bit apps will not launch on iOS 11 (https://9to5mac.com/2017/06/06/ios-11-32-bit-mac-app-store-64-bit/).
So the Hewlett Packard 12C Financial Calculator (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hewlett-packard-12c-financial-calculator/id503641946) and other HP Calculators apps won't work on iOS 11.
The app hasn't received any updates since 2012 (!).
HP, I did not find a way to email your iOS support team, so please, update the app. I'm sure there are many consumers that will be affected for your negligency.

Thank you for your recommendation!
I've installed this alternative (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/financial-calculator-premium/id848908106?mt=8). Until now, I'm liking it!

The update is for all devices. If you have the correct application (the non 1.0 version that could never, ever be updated because **Apple's system would not allow it**) then it should be availiable.
Although I work for the HP calculator group as a head developer of the HP Prime, the views and opinions I post here are my own.

When your post said that the update is for all devices, i thought maybe something was wrong with the App installed in my phone, so i decided to reinstall.

It took me a few hours on the phone with Apple iTune Support (what a waste of time) and talking finally to a Sr. Apple Support Supervisor who confirmed that Yes - I did purchase the HP 12C calculator App from thr App store and paid $14.99 BUT what HP did was when they updated the HP 12C App to 64 bit to run on IOS 11 they changed the App ID Number therefore according to the Apple App store it is a different App and not updatable.
I had to remove previous HP 12C App and download the "new" updated one in App store and PAY ANOTHER $14.99 + TAX.
HOW CHEAP OF HP TO DO THIS - AND - I REQUEST OF HP A REFUND.
At least what you could have done was offer the update to existing purchasers for a dollar or two if not just updating for free as every other Apple App developer has done?
I always liked HP products and especially their support. In also own 3 HP printers and purchase ink, drums, etc for a large commercial business laserjet printer, a large format photo printer and multi-function printer. When it is time to replace I will be considering other brands because I can see HP is changing their customer service philosophy which is an important part of their business (support for investing in top quality however expensive products).
My time was not worth the trouble for the $14.99 - it is just the principle.
