[HP Prime] Can't get the Euler Number as a resiut of a limit at infinity?

Hello!

Why doesn't the first limit at infinity produce the Euler Number? Is it a software bug?

In the Home View:

P.S. I've installed the latest version of firmware (2018 01 24).

Hello 3xCh,

your problems aren't numerical ones. They are algebraic problems. Therefore you have to use the CAS-Enviroment and not the HOME enviroment. I'm shure that's not a bug.

Hello Teacher,

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I agree, there must be a difference between the algorithms used in the Home View and the CAS View. However, it looks a bit strange to me. And I suppose, it isn't the result that other people would most likely expect, too. I checked it with the Casio Classpad, the Graphing Calculator by Mathlab for Android  and the Microsoft Mathematics (a tiny program for schoolchildren). All of them produced the Euler Number, not a weird expression that has no sense.
