HP Prime
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I dusted off my old HP Prime and would like to update the firmware. I am getting an error message when I attempt to install the HP Connectivity app. When is the version of this app that properly supports the current Mac OS going to be available? Here are some details:

Scenario:

Download HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20200116.dmg dated 1/23/2020 from ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/ (also tried the standard firmware link on the support web site.

Drag application into the Applications folder.

Error dialog pops up:  "HP Connectivity Kit.app" can't be opened bacause Apple cannot check it for malicious software. This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information

The system is a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019). The operating system is macOS Catalina version 10.15.3.
