HP Prime Graphing Calculator Shows a white Screen

The calculator shows a white screen. Nothing else. 
It seemed fine yesterday.

Did you try resetting using ON-symb, or the reset button at the back? Is the battery full enough?

If these don't work, I am afraid it really might be broken.

When I try holding ON-symb at the same time it goes black briefly then returns to the white screen (I assume it's rebooting) 

The same thing happens when I use the reset button.
