HP Prime Key failure

Hi folks,

Ive have an HP prime that has slowly developed a mailfunctioning key.  The "+" key fails to register on some presses.  Is there any help for this problem?  Ive tried to contact support through the provided links/channels, but when entering my serial number, and model number it states that there is not enough information . and I get taking through the loops over and over.

Then, write in each line your's data per example ...

Now, press SEARCH and complete all data ...

Note : For serial number (S/N) see the Tag adhered in the rear case. 

Then verify if have warranty, from ... https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Important : When required Model in Warranty only write the model without #ABA or oher chars. what your calculator have.

I've gone through the process and checked warranty, the status is expired  date 11/22/2017.   Is there any service out of warranty?
