HP Prime Pro App running on Microsoft 640XL
02-24-2019 04:30 AM

Product: HP Prime Pro App for Windows
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I had purchased the " HP Prime Pro App " from windows store, on 7th Feb 2019. It was installed on Microsoft 649XL on that day. Whenever I tapped the app icon to open the app, i didn't get all the options as shown in the screen shots of the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, for a fair number of times. Still, the problem remains the same, of not getting all the options. Please help me.
