HP Prime Pro iOS app issues

HP Recommended
HP PRIME PRO APP
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

Howdy,

I am still learning how to use this community feature, so this may be a double post.

The latest version of the HP Prime Pro app crashes when using CAS.

Alas, I can not find any way to contact HP support regarding the app crashes. Using the app support link in the app store just sends one to the HP Prime Graphing Calculator (the actual, real live, physical) calculator, which is no use when trying to get support for this app.  Perhaps I should just go ahead and see if Apple will return my money?

Thank you for your reply. Somehow, after posting, I managed to stumble onto a working register product page by accident. I still do not know how I did it.  It did look like the window shot that you showed.  For some reason, it sure appears that many of the "fill in the blanks" on the HP website do not work; e.g. the enter the serial number on the calculator page itself.

Alas, when I clicked on the link in 1) that you so kindly provided, I got the following error message:

An error occurred while processing your request.

OOPs, I messed up. The reply that I just posted was for the actual, real-live calculator that I ordered after the app started crashing.  I am 71 years old, and my old eyes are having trouble reading the older HP graphing calculators that I have.  At leaste on the prime graphing calculator I can see things again.

Howdy,

Again, thank you for your efforts.

Unfortunately when I use:

1) Register your calculator, from ... https://register.hp.com/americas/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e2s1&cc=US&lang=en

I continue to get that error when I click on the link. I have attempted to use it several times, no joy.

Howdy again Make,

And again I do appreciate all the effort that you have made.

With regard to the actual calculator:

Things are so odd on the HP website. I thought that I had registered the actual HP Prime Graphing Calculator via some strange way that accessed a page that had a dark background.  However, I had not created an account. After I had done this, my account page did have a register/dashboard section, so I went that route. I entered the serial number, which by the way, is printed in very small characters on a lable on the back of the calculator, I was "told" that the serial number was not enough, and that I had to enter a product number, which as best as I could see was no where on the calculator.  Fortunately, I had ordered it directly from HP, and the order confirmation did have the product number in it.  I entered that and it worked, well . . . as of now, who knows about tomorrow?  But for now, the calculator does show up in the dashboard of my account page.

Well, we did get the real calculator registered.

But, I still can't find any HP support nor help regarding the iOS application crashing in the CAS mode when using varables.
