HP prime cannot solve double inequality

Hi! I can't figure it out, what am I doing wrong? Why I can't solve double inequality?
I already tried to break double inequality to system of 2 inequalities, but it didn't work either:

Oh, it seems like I have to manually simplify one side of the inequality and enter it as an assumption, and then type the other part in solve().
This sounds so tedious. I wish the input would be as easy as in wolframalpha.

No, it is easier. I meant posts 8 and 9.

 

You could do this:

You can also first assign 2*x+3 to f as follows:

f:=2*x+3

 

and then use f in your equations instead of 2*x+3
