HP prime has to be paperclip reseted

HP Recommended
HP Prime

I've been having a weird problem with my prime.

When it reaches certain battery percentage (which i cannot tell exactly what it is, but it is between 100% and 75%) the calculator simply does not turn on(even if I try the CFO Diagnotic screen), if i want to turn it on again, i have to do a paperclip reset, then everything works fine.

After doing the paperclip reset, and open the EA656 DIAGNOTIC screen, i went to M/B TEST -> Battery, and the result is 3.91 H, sometimes it is 3.95 H, but it always displays a "NG" after the test is done, that is the only clue that i got.

Does anyone know what is the problem here ? Or how to fix such thing, because i tried everything that i found, reseting it's memory, formating the C partition, I even brought a new battery, thinking that the problem was the battery, but after sometime, the problem came back and both of them get the same values ( 3.91 and 3.95 H).

Please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.

1) 3.91 H or 3.95 H signify what the battery have High charge, but is "NG", the result. Only is "OK" if the battery have 100%.

2) Try with ON+Apps+Esc.

3) See ... http://www.hpmuseum.org/forum/thread-65.html

Reference : "NG" is equal to No Good.

Kind Regards !.
Have a nice day !.
