How do I determine what the product number is for my old HP-12c calculator?

My HP-12c serial number is: 2713*****. Why can I not include a product serial number? Where can I email it to?

I have updated it with the laterst HP 12c Platinum, serial number: **********.

The serial number of your calculator is also personal data. You can determine the country and the respective year of manufacture.
