Actually, looks like I just needed to update the firmware. Complex inputs into the matrix no longer gives me NaN errors!

Sorry I didn't think of the input format. I get an error when I enter '3+fi' in RPN mode but there is no problem at all when I am in Textbook mode, so I think you have discovered the problem. So it seems that the command line in Home and in the Matrix editor is the same and both situations are affected by the entry mode.

I am most comfortable in RPN mode, in general, but I have become very accustomed to the Textbook mode in HP Prime.

BTW, I get an error in RPN mode and 0 is entered. You might have an older version that results in NaN. It is always a good idea to keep you firmware up to date.

In RPN mode you have to enter pairs of numbers when you want to enter complex numbers, so (6,3) instead of 6+3*i

In version 11586 for Android, Prime even crashes when I enter 6+3*i in RPN mode in the matrix editor.

You can actually do 6i3 in RPN mode, or 6<45 for angular input.

I'll put the problem in android on the investigate list. Thanks!
