I can not install HP Connectivity Kit v1.3.1.11226 on my PC

HP Recommended
HP Prime
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I try install latest version HP Connectivity Kit, but does not even appear installer window. Bellow installer log:

P.S.

1) on clean Windows 10 x64 russian   HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20161208.exe dont launched, same log as in Windows 8.1 x64 russian

2) on clean Windows 10 x64 english   HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20161208.exe launched and installed

it seems that the problem with non-English versions of windows

Not "non-english", but rather "russian" I think. I know we've tested many different languages and had no problems. Seems there is something wrong when installing on a russian system.  Thank you for the report. I will pass this information on to our testers and we'll hopefully be able to resolve it.

 

In the meantime, you can easily copy the program folder from the one that did install and it should run perfectly fine for you on the other computer.

I already copied  HP Connectivity Kit  and  HP Prime Virtual Calculator from english version Windows to my russian Windows.

They work normal, but update to new versions is trouble. I hope that this problem will be solved in the near future.

For download and install the ultimate Firmware, you needed delete previous version installed, in your device.

I do not have problems with usb 3.0.

The problem is that in  Russian version of Windows can not install either HP_Prime_Virtual_Calculator_2016_12_08.exe nor HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20161208. exe, installer simply does not start, although in English Windows all ok.

IMHO, you cann't install the Connectivity Kit, Firmware and Emulator, in your notebook or PC, with O.S. Windows Russian Language.

But then why HP Connectivity Kit  and  HP Prime Virtual Calculator 2016_12_08  installed in the English version of Windows, and then copied to Russian Windows work fine. 

By the way, HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20150617.exe and HP_Prime_Virtual_Calculator_2015_06_17.exe without problems is installed in Russian Windows.

It's true, but you didn't not have Russian Language and terminologies, in the Connectivity Kit, Firmware and Emulator.

I do not need Russian in the Connectivity Kit, Firmware and Emulator, since I know English.

I need the installers to work in the Russian version of Windows.
