Kit connectivity doesn’t detect my calculator

HP Recommended
Hp prime
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I have a problem conecting my HP Prime to my computer... I tried opening the HP conectivity kit, then pluging the usb with the HP Prime and viceversa but nothing seems to make it detect my calculator. I waited a lot of time but it still isn't showing up in the program.

 My version is HP 2015  06 17

What can I try?

Hi!, @Majose96 :

Install the ultimate firmware, Virtual Calculator and Connectivity Kit, from ...

For Mac OS, only download ... files with extension .dmg

After install, open the Connectivity Kit. Connect the calculator, with the USB-Micro USB cable and search in USB (1). If connect too, the Virtual Calculator, you can see, in All (2), like in the image ...

Kind Regards !.
Have a nice day !.

If the "check for update" does not automatically download the new version, download this and install it. You should be good after.

However, I don't think you are on mac given your date. You'll need the windows one.
