Learning the HP Prime Calculator?
08-25-2017 01:23 PM

So I was recently assigned to teach AP Stats (which is not the issue)...but the students have been issued HP Prime Calculators, which I have NEVER used before. Is there a on-line tutorial somewhere, where I can quickly figure this thing out...especially for Stats?
Thanks,
K

Hello,
Please send me a private message through the forum here (I am not allowed to post a direct email for you unfortunately) and I will put you directly into contact with our HP Prime training people. They have lots of prepared training material and often are able to provide cutomized training for free through online meeting software.
I am actually one of the primary develpers for the HP Prime and was responsible for all the statistical interface and calculations. While I will be able to answer technical questions, I'm sure the education specialists will have much more helpful information then I regarding the teaching using Prime.
Are you teaching AP statistics in high school? A regular statistics course in high school? Or a university level course?
Although I work for the HP calculator group as a head developer of the HP Prime, the views and opinions I post here are my own.
