In the Geomerty App, ow can I create a Point at the intersection of a line / curve and the x-axes or y-axes?
Couldn't find them in the "Geometry Variables" help screen nor in the "HP apps > Common App Variables > Common Plot View Variables".
Go to Solution.
unfortunately there is no direct command/funciton to do this. You will need to create a line on the y=0 axis and do a 2 item intersect to create the point.
You probably could also create it through the symbolic view by inserting the proper CAS command as a new instruction

Yeah, thanks Cyrille, that's a nice workaround.
I just added two new objects in the Symbolic View, line(x) and line(y ) and disabled the Axes in the Plot Setup. 😉
