Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello. I have updated my HP Prime with the new 13443 firmware (2018.02.12), the MAC connectivity kit and the emulator, but I have this problem:
when I try to transfer an app in my calculator with the MAC connectivity kit, this does not work, the download does not work. Instead when I transfer an app to my calculator with the WINDOWS connectivity kit, it works fine.
Can you solve this problem?

I have reinstalled the Connecitivity kit in MAC and now work!

Attention!!! The problem is not solved! I have restart the connecitivity kit for mac and the problem shows up again!!!
