Resetting the Spreadsheet within a progam

Dear all, good afternoon,

I would like to ask if it is possible to reset the Spreadsheet App within a program. What I am trying to do is to export some data from a program to the Spreadsheet App (for further exportation to Excel) but it happens some times to have the Spreadsheet full with other different data which i should have reset first.

So, instead of running every time the Spreadsheet App and restting it by pressing [Shift]+[Esc] before i run my program, I would like to reset it directly within the program (let's say something like PRINT(), which clears the Terminal).

Hi Make,

Thank you for the reply. The issue is the link returns a "Page not found' message. I don't claim that my satelite internet is good here (in the middle of the North Caspian Sea) or what other restricitons apply, but i would appreciate if you can re-ceck and confirm this link.
