Show numbers when plotting a function
07-03-2017 02:14 AM

Hi,
I'm new in using Hp prime, when plotting a function I'd like this calculator to show numbers on axes in order to see the scale (and not only using the pointer), how can I do it? thanks and sorry for my eng

As far as I know this is not possible.
This has never been a problem for me though, when I want the coordinates of interesting points I a just have to tap them in order to get the exact coordinates (turn Trace off for this purpose), and by pressing the + or - key I can zoom in or out at this position.

It's easy: Just press Shift Plot (Setup), page down, and turn on the "Labels" option.
If you want to control the number of decimal places displayed in each axis label, you can do that either by changing the global number format (Shift Home Settings, Number Format) or by changing the number format for that app only (Shift Symb Setup, Number Format).
Disclaimer: I don't work for HP, but I love their calculators.
