TOUCH DE MI CALCULADORA NUEVA NO SIRVE, MOUSE PAD DE MI PORTATIL DAÑADA

Compre por Amazon una calculadora HP grafica para mis estudios, me la trajo mi hija desde USA, hasta Quito Ecuador, y apenas la encendi no funciona el touch para poder iniciar la configuración del equipo.  He llamado al 1800... y no me han dado solución, por ningún medio, ni correo ni redes sociales ni whatsapp ni nada. Y para variar el equipo solo le queda 8 meses de garantía, lo que indica que el equipo fue usado y me vendieron como nuevo.  Y lo que pido que me den la dirección de servicio técnico en Quito para que me reparen el producto.

Adicionalmente tengo una portatil con 10 meses de uso y dejo de funcionar el touchpad, numero del producto

And to vary the equipment only has 8 months of warranty left, which indicates that the equipment was used and they sold me as new.
