TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING

I have a HP Prime Grphing Calculator that I purchased years ago. The touch screen never worked from day one. How do I turn the touchscreen on?

If not, then, you should contact technical support.

How long ago did yo buy the calcualtor? Is it still under waranty?

I bought the calculator several years ago. I neded it at that time so I did not have the time to send it in. It is no longer under warranty. I was thinking the touchscreen feature was turned off by default and I just needed to find time to read the manual and turn that feature on.
