Touch Screen not responding on HP Prime Calculator after upgrading with Conectivity Kit to latest v

Touch Screen not Responding after upgrading to latest ver software with connetivity Kit on my PC.
the Cal turns on and all buttons are working, but I cannot get the screen to respond. I have reset the Cal and reinstalled the software with the connectivity Kit, but Screen still not Responding...HELP

And provide us with the ver number of the firmware you have installed and OS (windows ver) of the computer which was used to the upgrade
