Update HP Prime

Product Name: HP Prime v1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Prime Graphing Calculator

Software Version: 2014 3 31 (6030)

Hardware Version: A

CAS Version: 1.1.0-46

Help Edition: 2014 03

HP Connectivity Kit

Build: 2013 8 5. Rev:4981

I've been trying to update my calculator to possibly fix issues that I've had with my calculator. Are the Software/Firmware versions stated above the Latest Versions available for the HP Prime v1? I understand that the v1 is likely to no longer be supported by HP due to the release of HP Prive v2.

Re: Update HP Prime

Your calculator is fully supported and will remain to be so.

Do you have the connectivity kit installed? If not, please do so (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/calculators/Prime/HP_Prime_Connectivity_Kit_20161208.exe) Due to the age of your calculator, it can't support the mac until you've updated at least 1 time (which lets the calculator also work with the mac connectivity kit).

Then follow the steps in this post: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Calculators/HP-prime-not-detected-on-PC/td-p/5991278

Post back here if you have any problems.
