I tried the CAS to calculate a limit, but it gives me undef. I don't understand why.
TI Nspire cx CAS can give the right answer, but this new calculator cannot.
And I have updated the calculator OS to the newest version.

In my calculator it works; maybe you have some different settings
Yeah, 😀, you are right. I find the option 'Complex' in CAS settings ticked. That's what bothers me.

You must unchecked COMPLEX, in CAS Settings ...
Comparise the result with Wolfram Alpha ...
