iOS HP Prime crashing

I have a problem with the geometry program.

after giving in symbol, all data of polygone and having the drawing visible on screen.

I would like to have the area been calculated.

so using the num, area fonction and select the var GA, the hit Enter, it crashes.

What was wrong?

Humm I hava the connecting kit running on Mac OS 10.14.1, I can see my IOS HP Prime (This is not a real calculateur this is one in Iphone), but cannot use the updated button.

It said no calculator connected.  I use wify connection or try to use a ubs connection but device is not visible.

So Why on APP STORE the lastest system is not include?

I try also to connect with the virtual HP Prime in mac but get same error, How to update the firmware of a running software?

Again IOS HP Prime Pro fail with IOS 12.

Finally I have both version of firware by using Firefox and not Safari.

Who do we transfert the file to the Iphone HP PRIME PRO with the Connection kit 2018-10-16?

I check in my connecting kit, both files were there under firmware.

My Iphone app HP Prime is 20181016 v14181, IOS 12.1.2, S/N 355750E0D28xxxx

Look like the app connecting can not see the iphone via usb, not my mac have usb3.  I think I read something about a problem with usb3.

I try in CAS mode to but 2 in X with the HP Prime Pro on my Iphone it Crash immediatly.

Could you explain Why the free one work but not the 30$ version?

I will try with a Windows machine to see if it will be possible to do the update on firmware later.

Same issue. The iOS App Hp prime Lite works well, the iOS App Hp prime full in CAS mode crash when input a variable ( press 'X' ENTER the app crash). I think it's not possible update the firmware in the iOS HP Prime emulator using the HP connectivity kit. I think we need to wait for the app update in the App Store.
