Hi,

Unfortunately this is not directly translatable to Excel, as it uses bespoke 17BII+ functions which are complex equations in themselves.

Also I think there is an error as the "SPV" function does not exist on the 17BII+, it could be SPFV, SPPV or USPV.

The best advice I can give is to research the 17BII+ functions in the manual and build up the formula in Excel part-by-part.

Link to manual for 17BII+

See page 246: Equations Used by Built-in Menus

A tip on posting: for equations like this it is better to use a code window, as the some of the characters have been interpreted to smileys.

Your equation in a code window:

ANY SPREAD RENTAL:(-(COST+COMM+DEP)-BALL×(SPV(I%YR÷P/YR:PER)))÷(#ADV+SPV(I%YR÷P/YR:SPR))=PMT
