Studio P21
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our organization makes use of the Poly P21 Series screens for Clinic Managers across all Renal Clinics. There is a feedback during every Microsoft Teams calls, worse when there are multiple participants in a Microsoft Teams call. All relevant sound and microphone settings have been configured but we are still unable to resolve this issue. 

What an unpleasent experience. Any suggestions on potential solutions?

Kindly follow below troubleshoot steps,

 

Kindly set the P21 default under the MS Tems application and PC.
Kindly reset the P21 using the poly lens application.
Kindly verify and update the firmware of the P21 using the poly lens application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
