RESOURCE MANAGER NOT ABLE TO VIEW FUTURE POOLED CONFERENCES

Hi All,

when we do Pooled conferences (that is )from a resource manager which is integrated with DMA 7000 and RMX 2000,are we able to see it in Future conferences?

LIke How in View only scheduler rights,we are able to see all the future conferences which are generated through direct conference and not pooled conferences...

so is that we cannot see the Pooled conferences in the future settings or are there any configuration parameters for the same..??

Hi Yash,

Thanks for the response... I have been through the guides and yes it is mentioned that we are able to see conferences which are created by other users...But need to know is it for Direct or Pooled conferences...as we are able to see the conferences in the future which are generated directly from Resource manager (i guess it counts in direct)

Also even if it is for direct conference,than we do have Polycom confernencing for Outlook in our setup which i guess the conferences gets catgoterized in the direct section as it takes the Ad hoc part....although we are having VMR setup in our premises...

but even for Outlook,we are unable to see the Conferences initiated through outlook in the future conferences section of the RPRM .Also RPRM is on 8.2 version

Pooled and Direct conference feature in RPRM is desined to scedule confrence by using DMA pools.

Future sceduled conferences are not come in direct conference category
