Blank page after creating case and clicking "submit" button on mycrm.support.hp

mycrm.support.hp

Sorry but I didn't find suitable board for this, but the problem is that I cannot submit case on mycrm.support.hp. com portal.

After filling all the fields and clicking "submit case" button, only blank page appears and case is not submitted.

Can anyone help please?

@Odiak

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to create a case.

  • Are you getting any issue with the HP product, why do you want to create a case?
  • Provide the HP product number or the model number?
  • Describe more about the issue you are facing with HP product?

Reply with the above-requested information for more assistance.

Cheers.

Thank you for the reply.

  • Yes, I'm having a problem with desktop computer HP EliteDesk 800 G1, product number is C8N27AV.
  • The problem is that BiosConfigUtility fails to decrypt password from .bin file.

When trying to set BIOS password with BiosConfigUtility, it fails to decrypt .bin password file.

Excact error message from Windows Command Prompt:

ERROR: <BIOSCONFIG Version="3.2.3.1" Computername="AAAAA" Date="2018/11/16" Time="15:52:37" UTC="2" >
Error during CryptAcquireContext. LastError = 0x<ERROR msg="Password in file test.bin could not be decrypted." />
<ERROR msg="Failed to read password from file:test.bin" />
80090345<ERROR msg="BCU return value" real="30" translated="30" />
</BIOSCONFIG>

I've tried different BiosConfigUtility.exe versions (3.2.3.1 & 4.0.24.1) and created new .bin password files but problem still persists. It's an issue with all out HP EliteDesk 800 G1 machines.

BIOS version is 02.65 if it matters.
