Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Despite having played same DVD a number of times previously, on attempting to play now, I keep getting an error message sayiny "media not supported by this version of Power Play" and an instruction to click link to upgrade at £49, which I don't want to do! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and downloaded SoftPaq SP71924 as recommended on HP's website but still have the same problem. Help, please.
