Thanks for engaging in the HP Forums! I see by your post that you are experiencing issues while activating the MS Office package. I will certainly do my best to help you!


I checked the PC specifications and saw that the MS Office which was shipped is only a trial version and requires online activation. Check http://hp.care/2stsyIT


This means that you need to purchase the full version from Microsoft. Have you purchased the same? Once you buy the MS Office from Microsoft, then they will provide you with the activation code.
