Product: HP ENVY Beats All-in-On (PN: F3F00AA#ABA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My dvd doesnt play Blu-ray Discs. Im not sure if its able to play Blue-ray discs, however everytime i put the disc in it starts to turn/read it, then it stops, restarts and so forth until it stops attempting to read it. I've read the some dvd drives stop working partially after updating windows. 

 

hp CDDVDW SN-208FB is the driver name

 

I have tried to the troubleshooting steps on hp.com and non of them fixed the issue. If anyone could help me with my dilemma, it would be much appreciated.
