Hi there. I have a new ENVY 4250 and have tried several times and several reboots to donwload the software it recommends to use. It keeps stalling at the same point (around 125MB) and then stops with an error message about my internet not being active (which it is 100% is as all devices working). I have tried doing via supplied Disc and browser and same occurs.  MAC OSX 10.13.1
