Product: Jetadmin
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

I am receiveing an error in Jetadmin when I try to download firmware images from HPs website. I have two servers running jetadmin and both have the same error, I upgraded Jetadmin to the latest build 10.4.104106 (10.4 SR4) bit it didnt make any difference. is this someing that is configured wrong at my end or is it HP's end? I have been able to download images previously.
