Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a user who's PC (HP Prodesk 600 G2 DM) was recently upgraded from Win7 to Win10 (1809 x64) and ever since then the HP Scan Utility for his HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426 FDW has been opening with a practically blank screen (see attached). If you open it you can scan a document (the printer seems to work fine) but you don't have the option to change resolution, orientation, save location, etc. because none of the dropdown menus display any options.

My first thought was that it just needed updated drivers due to the Win7-Win10 upgrade, however, after uninstalling and the entire software package and replacing it with the suggested software package for the detected OS (which was correct) the problem persists. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Other possibly pertinent info:

processor: Intel Core i3-6100T @ 3.20GHz

RAM: 8GB

PC is using a custom image and is on a domain, but we've never had trouble with these printers on this same image before.
