HP SoftPaq v4.3.4.0 Not Locating Packages

Product Name: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Mini PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am unable to run this in update mode for this computer (HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Desktop Mini) running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit (English).  I receive the error: "This computer configuration has no available SoftPaqs.  Please verify your Operating System and Language Filter settings."  Upon reading this thread, it appears it may not be supported with that OS, however, this message appears even if I select all operating systems.  While I can see all available SoftPaqs, this mode makes it extremely cumbersome to simply download and update for the current running machine.  Any help or suggestions would be welcome.
