Product: Hp pavilion notebook 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my hp pavilion laptop 3 years back and i had some problem with it so as I was studying in a place where I couldn't get a good service center...I gave it to a local service guy ...who installed a different software to solve my problem....and as I don't have any back up of the software windows 10 which was given to me with the laptop..I was thinking is there any chance for me to get that software back with the details of my laptop ?

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
