We have an LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 tape drive that is connected to a PROLIANT DL385p Gen8 server.
Server OS: Windows server 2012 R2
In Device Manager it shows that the tape drive is installed and connected properly, but Tape Tools won't detect it.
I downloaded the latest version of Tape Tools that I could find, but the problem still exists. I can't find any solution online to help me with this problem.

HP split into two companies a few years back and tape drive support is handled by the HP Enterprise (HPE) corporation.
