Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I brought this laptop on 22nd July from Croma Store, Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore. The store people were not able to activate Microsoft on this system and they asked me to contact HP customer service. I contacted HP and they registered this case under Case No. [Personal Information Removed] and started working on it. But they are not able to fix the issue till now. I also went personally to the HP customer service centre but they too were not able to fix it.  The product is having the Microsoft sticker. All details have been sent across in Email. Please help to resolve this issue as early as possible.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
