Notebook 17-by0062ST
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to uninstall the trial version of office that came on my notebook so I can download my purchased version.  Nothing appears on the Program list in Control Panel so I have uninstalled Myoffice, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote by right clicking on them on the list on the Windows icon and selecting uninstall.  However, this doesn't work  with Excel.  I restart the machine but it is still here.  I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Office fix it tool, but Excel is still here.  Calling HP doesn't help because they want me to use their Paid version for a third party program, even though I've only had this maching for a month.  Any ideas will be appreciated!

Office is a product from Microsoft, I believe Microsoft and hardware vendors (including HP) have agrreement to instal Trial version of Office to get better deal.  HP does not support this product.

In my case, it was Office 365 and I used Control Panel to uninstall it. Please try to uninstall from Control Panel.

Regards.

Thanks for your response.  Unfortunately, these programs do not appear in Control Panel for me to uninstall.
