My battlefield does not seem to launch after the recent 14/11/18 patch. Before this it did work perfectly with out performance issues. Now every time i launch it it just automatically crashes. There is no error message when it crashes but when i went into the msinfo32 i saw this.

The fileigc64.dll seems to be the error. When i saw this i did contact intel about this issue since it is a graphics driver issue  and they said after like 2 weeks to contact HP since they know the hardware and software better for my pc. So i am here conatcting you lot. Much would be appreciated if you could help me.

And as well as that i am missing this driver with this hardware id ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6001 which is a wireless button driver i think.

I accidently uninstalled it yesterday and i would like the link download.

Thanks

@Apelxia
Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that your experiencing issue with battlefield games crashes after recent patch and wireless driver, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to Run Windows Updates troubleshooter -

 Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

 1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
