MS Office 2010
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Touchsmart crashed & had to start over with Recovery Media.

No idea how to get back in Office 2010.

Anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I see from your post you need information and assistance related to Product key for your Office 2010. No worries, I'll be glad to assist you.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

What is the product number of the product? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Did you purchase the full version or buy a subscription for MS office while you had the windows?

How did you install Office 2010 on your PC? Did you download it from the internet or did you receive a disc.

I would recommend you contact Microsoft as they should be able to help you with the product code.

@flicktrippy,

Thank you for replying,

As I understand that MS Office 2010 came preloaded on your PC, In that case, I would suggest you can go ahead and reinstall MS Office using HP Recovery manager.
