We use SCCM and rely on SCUP (Config Manager) to provide updated drivers to our user base. In general, we find a several week delay between the time the driver is visible in Softpaq Download Manager and the time it is is available to download in the SCUP catalog in SCCM. In other cases it takes even longer (or maybe they never show up).
there are a couple of specific drivers i can mention, but in general, how do we get help with these kinds of issues? Should i post these types of issues here and expect someone from HP to respond? Should i open a ticket?
Lastly, we see drivers and BIOS in SCUP but we do not see firmware updates there. Specifically, we want to deliver firmware for the USB-C docks that are recommended by HP (for Zbook and Folio G1) and are unable to find the firmware in SCUP, but we do see it in SDM.
