Pavilion EnergyStar

HP Pavilion Energy Star: I have downloaded Adobe Flash Player twice, it states is has vompleted but does not open or appear on any downloads list. A system search says that Adobe Flash was downloaded in december 2016 but again I can't find it or get it to open.

Hi @DarrenBrady,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to download Adobe flash player.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I would like to inform you that adobe flash player is an add-on for the browsers to play the flash content on the web pages. You will not be able to see it installed on the computer as it is not a program or software.

You can download and install the flash player on the computer from the below link.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thank you for the very obviously automated reply. I clearly stated that I downloaded Adobe Flash Player twice, so a link to the download wasn't exactly helpful. My issue is that I can't launch the player and applications that it should support still generate the message the Flash Player is required. I'm also aware that I won't find it on any programs list, as it an add-on. Any constructive advice, please? Thank you

Hi @DarrenBrady,

I would like to know which browser you are using? Meanwhile, I recommend you to try using a different browser and check.

Looking forward to your reply.

Take care!
